These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Azset platform, website, and related applications and services (collectively referred to as the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by Azset ("Azset", "Provider", "we", "our", or "us").
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not access or use the Service.
Azset may modify or update this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website, and continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review this Agreement periodically.
If you have entered into a separate written agreement with Azset regarding the Service, the terms of that written agreement will prevail in the event of any inconsistency with these Terms of Use.
1. Purpose of the Service
Azset provides a technology platform designed to support audit management, asset governance, physical verification of assets, compliance monitoring, and operational oversight using digital workflows, mobile tools, and artificial intelligence capabilities.
The Service may include features such as:
- AI-assisted physical verification
- Audit workflow management
- Asset tracking and lifecycle monitoring
- Checklist-based audits
- Reporting dashboards
- Document and evidence management
- Compliance monitoring and analytics
The Service is intended to assist organizations in managing audits and asset records. It is not intended to provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice.
2. Use of the Service
Access to the Service may require compatible web browsers, mobile devices, internet connectivity, and supporting software.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining required hardware and internet access
- Paying any applicable telecommunications or network fees
- Ensuring compatibility with your device or environment
Your right to access and use the Service is personal and non-transferable. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain such information.
You agree not to:
- Use automated scraping tools, bots, or similar technologies to access the Service without authorization
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
- Introduce malicious code such as viruses or malware
- Interfere with the normal functioning of the platform
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or user accounts
Azset reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these conditions are violated.
3. Lawful Use; Age Requirement
Your use of the Service must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms of Use.
The Service is intended for business and professional users aged 18 years or older. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Azset reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
4. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create a User Account. During registration, you may be required to provide information such as name, email address, organization details, contact information, and payment details (for paid services).
If the Service includes subscription plans or paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Charges may be:

Fees paid are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Azset reserves the right to modify pricing or introduce new charges. Reasonable notice will be provided when applicable.
The platform may rely on third-party providers such as cloud infrastructure, hosting services, and payment processors to deliver the Service. You agree that such providers may process necessary information to enable the Service.
5. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to use strong passwords, prevent unauthorized access, and notify Azset immediately if you suspect unauthorized activity.
Azset is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to failure to maintain proper security practices.
6. User Content
Users may submit or upload data to the Service, including asset information, audit records, documents, images, verification evidence, and operational data (collectively "User Content"). You agree that you will not submit User Content that:
- Violates intellectual property rights
- Contains unlawful or harmful material
- Includes malicious code
- Violates privacy or confidentiality laws
- Contains sensitive regulated data without proper authorization
You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant Azset permission to process and store such content solely for providing the Service.
7. Rights Granted to Azset
By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Azset a limited license to store, process, and analyze the content solely for:
- Delivering the Service
- Enabling system functionality
- Improving platform performance
- Generating operational insights
This license exists only for the duration necessary to provide the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with the Service - including software, algorithms, AI models, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, and platform architecture - is owned by Azset or its licensors. You may use the Service only for internal organizational purposes and may not:
- Reproduce the software
- Distribute platform components
- Reverse engineer technology
- Create derivative works
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Azset.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services such as enterprise software systems, ERP platforms, cloud services, mapping tools, and analytics providers. Azset is not responsible for the policies, security, or functionality of such third-party services. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and policies.
10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Azset may use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Improve platform functionality
- Enhance user experience
- Monitor performance
- Analyze platform usage
Users may adjust browser settings to manage cookie preferences.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Azset makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information, absence of technical errors, or performance of third-party integrations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azset disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including:
- Loss of profits or business
- Loss of data
- Service interruptions or system failures
In cases where liability cannot be excluded, Azset's total liability shall not exceed USD $100 or the amount paid for the Service in the previous 12 months, whichever is lower.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Azset and its employees, partners, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
14. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe that any content on the Service infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notice including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Location of the allegedly infringing material
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
- A declaration that the information provided is accurate

15. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai or India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
16. Assignment
Azset may assign or transfer this Agreement to a successor entity in the event of merger, acquisition, business restructuring, or sale of assets. Users may not assign their rights under this Agreement without written consent.
17. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect as long as you continue to access or use the Service. Azset may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Terms are violated
- Unauthorized use occurs
- Legal requirements require termination
- The Service is discontinued
Users may stop using the Service at any time.
18. Privacy Policy
Any personal data submitted through the Service is governed by the Azset Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in that policy.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Azset regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
